Hymns for Normal People
Hymns for Normal People is a ten-track album by Festival Guy, an independent music recording project: hymns, waltzes and lullabies sung by the respectable people of one small Midwestern town.
About Hymns for Normal People
Ten hymns sung by the respectable people of one small Midwestern town: the back row, the congregation, the deer-camp men, the preacher, a grandson with a postcard, the school pageant, the TV evangelist, the last doctor in the county, and the soprano nobody talks about. In the last track they all meet at one open-casket potluck and save a chair for the listener.
Submitted to DistroKid on 2026-10-28. Now live on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, and Tidal.
