FestivalGuyMusic.com is the official website for the independent music project Festival Guy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Public site: standard server and CDN logs (approximate location, user agent, requested URLs). We do not use identity cookies or sell personal data.
- Campaign links: aggregate click metrics for promotions (campaign, creative, destination). We do not store raw IP addresses for growth reporting.
- Contact / CRM: if you submit the contact form, we store your name, email,
organization, inquiry type, message, and optional campaign tags in a Cloudflare D1 database
used only for Festival Guy project communications (booking, press, fans). Admin access uses a
session cookie on
/admin/crmonly. - Merch: if you order, we store your name, email, the items, and a shipping address for physical goods in that same database. Card numbers are entered on Stripe, not on this site. Physical orders are sent to Printful to print and ship. A paid download is emailed as a private link.
- Social publishing tools: when the artist connects TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, we store access tokens and related account IDs needed to publish on behalf of Festival Guy only. These are not shown on the public site.
How we use information
To operate the website, respond to inquiries, measure legitimate music promotion, and publish content to Festival Guy’s own social accounts. We do not sell personal information. Contact records are retained while useful for the project and may be archived or deleted on request.
Third parties
Hosting and analytics may be provided by Cloudflare. Optional owner email alerts for new leads and merch problems may be sent through Resend. Merch payment is processed by Stripe. Physical merch is printed and shipped by Printful. Social platforms process data under their own policies when you authorize Festival Guy tools.
